You have 14 days from receiving your order to request store credit.

Items must be unworn, unused, and with tags attached.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@wildflostudio.com with your full name and order number.

Return shipping label cost will be deducted from your store credit. We are unable to provide return labels for addresses outside of Canada.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You'll receive store credit via email after your return is processed (1-3 business days).

We offer store credit for returned items, as we do not provide refunds at this time.
