What payment forms does Wildflo Studio accept?

We accpet Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac, PayPal and Sezzle.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

You may modify your order within two hours of recieving an order confirmation email by sending us at email to support@wildflostudio.com with the subject: Order Modification. Please include your order number and full name in the email. At this time, you cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. 

What happens if I get a damaged/incorrect order?

If you recieve a damaged or incorrect order please send us an email to support@wildflostudio.com with the subject: Damaged/Incorrect Order. Please include your order number and full name in the email. Please note, you have seven days after recieving your order to email us. For an order to be corrected the item must be unworn and unusued with all original tags. 

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed your will recieve a confimation email. Once your order has been processed, we will email you a tracking number.

How do I know that your products are actually sustainably and ethically made? 

At Wildflo Studio, we try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our supply chain, manufacturing process and business practices. As a new company, we are currently not certified by GOTS and Fair Trade, even though our manufacturuer is, which is why we cannot used the GOTS or Fair Trade logos on our products. Going forward, our trade certificates will be available on our site.

How do I care for my products?

Organic cotton is not treated with any chemicals which means it is more susceptible to shrinkage. Avoid high-heat drying and instead use an air cycle. Colour fading may occur due to low impact dyes. Wash your garments with like colours incase of dye bleeding for the first wash. Do not use bleach on your garments. 

Will you be restocking sold out products?

We are committed to producing in small batches, and we always want to keep things fresh and interesting. This means, we will only restock if we have left over fabric from a production run. We cannot guarantee certain style restocks so get them while you can!

We are always looking for fashion and lifestyle bloggers/influencers (especially those who promote sustainable fashion) to collaborate with! If you are interested in a parntership please email support@wildflostudio.com with subject: Brand Partnership and your portfolio to be considered.
